Abstract
Analyzed the peculiarities of penitentiary systemsformatedin foreigncountries during the finding the optimal model of corrective impact to imprisoned. Determined their innovative signs, advantages and harms, effect for the theory and practice of imprisonment. Considered the legal, philosophic, religious and economic conditions for the formation and implemention of penitentiary systems.
