BUSINESS LAW AS AN INDEPENDENT BRANCH OF LAW: TO THE QUESTION

Abstract
The article discusses the various opinions on the legal nature of business law. Based on the research should highlight two key positions that exist in science. First: Business Law – independent branch of law, and the other – that the business is not right independent branch of law. Concludes that enterprise law still is an independent branch of law that regulates the quality homogeneous area of public relations.
