FEATURES OF THE DEFINITION OF JURISDICTION OF COMMERCIAL DISPUTES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the review and analysis of theoretical and practical problems of definition and implementation of the category of jurisdiction in commercial disputes, the types of jurisdiction are considered. The related concepts of competence, jurisdiction are studied. The draft amendments to the Commercial Procedural Code in the part of determination of jurisdiction are analyzed. The influence of such changes in Ukraine on further development of jurisdiction of commercial disputes is determined.
