THE ORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ANALISYS OF POLISEMY OF CONCEPT “ENTERPRISE” IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Problems of application of term «enterprise» in the current legislation of Ukraine are considered in the article. An author drew conclusion about validity of conception of the use of term «enterprise» as an object of civil legal relationships. An author supports scientific position in relation to absence in the legislation of civil legal model of private enterprises. It is established that the decision of problem of maintenance of private enterprise in the system of entrepreneurial legal entities of Private Law requires development of their civil legal status.
