THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WITNESS STATEMENTS AND PERSONAL EVIDENCE IN THE CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the role of the witness statements in the system of the personal judicial evidence in the civil legal proceedings. The author compares the witness statements of the parties, the third parties and their representatives as well as the conclusions of the forensic experts. The material is examined not only on the basis of the Ukrainian but also foreign countries legislation.
