Abstract
The article analyzes theoretical and practical issues of the organizational structure and activity of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, systems of subsidiary bodies that ensure the implementation of its functions and tasks. The analysis of organization of activity of state enterprises implementing the competence of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is carried out.
