NATURE AND SPECIFICS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS TO THE BASIC LAW HUNGAR

Abstract
Author devotes this article to the theoretical analysis of the amendments to the Basic Law of Hungary from 25 April 2011. The author focuses his attention on the reasons for the adoption of constitutional amendments in Hungary 2012–2013. In addition, the article examines the nature of the constitutional amendments and revealing their essence.
