FIXING CIVIL PROCEEDINGS AS AN ELEMENT OF PROOF

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of document management, fixes procedural actions of the court and participant sin civil cases. The concept of documentation of the judicial process is formulated, which is inextricably linked with the notion of fixing a judicial review. The fixing and documentation of civilian judicial system not only reflects the course of civil cases, the use of evidence, but also indicates the results of procedural activity in certain procedural acts-documents.
