FORMATION OF LEGAL CULTURE: ANTROPOLOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract
The author examines the process of formation of legal culture as a complex, structured phenomenon, which characterizes the qualitative state of the legal life of society on the basis of its cultural and legal achievements. The anthropological approach to the analysis of legal culture and a certain number of tasks for raising the legal culture are analyzed. The increase of the legal culture of the population is considered by the author in raising the general legal preparation of the population, spreading among it legal views, ideas and propaganda of the principles of law and order.
