ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL MECHANISM OF GRANT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES BY ESTABLISHMENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION WITH SPECIFIC TERMS OF STUDIES

Abstract
In the article establishments of higher education with the specific terms of studies, consider the administrative legal mechanism of grant of educational services by the selection of him normative, institutional and functional constituents. A basic accent is done on administrative procedures of organization and grant of educational services by corresponding establishments of education, including licensing of educational activity, accreditation of the educational programs and institutional accreditation. Positions are grounded, that reformation of educational legislation and development of home administrative law through adaptation of right for EU straight influenced on maintenance and directions of imperious influence on a sphere of education.
