THE PROBLEMS OF LOCAL E-PETITIONS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the electronic petitions institute. The regulatory model of regulation of this category was in- vestigated. Disadvantages were defined. The practice of applying the electronic petitions legislation was explored. And the ways of its improvement were proposed.
