The problems of transition to a ecologically-oriented economy

Abstract
The article presents the theoretical study results of implementation of ecological principles and ecologization of production. There the need for the development of eco-bio-politics, as a complex science comprising economic, social, ecological issues is investigated, it was taking into account the philosophical and psychological aspects of the problem, the need of society's adaptation to the conditions of new thinking into the modern economy. The necessity of studying human behavior in the economy and its ways of meeting needs is revealed. It is disclosed that not always eco-oriented projects are able to compete with economically profitable ones. The issue of modern challenges and problematic questions for sustainable development in Ukrainian agrarian sector was studied. The importance of solving land issues is revealed for the benefit of Ukrainian farmers in the view of the pollution and neglect of the main resource of Ukraine – the land resource. The importance of innovative activity for the growth of agriculture in the direction of the transition to sustainable eco-oriented development is underlined. The analysis of the farm enterprise in the context of the strategic planning of its development has been carried out. It was studied which strategies for further development of the enterprise a farmer can choose grounding on the realities of today's life in Ukraine. Several real strategies for the development of a farm enterprise based on actual data were proposed. There the methods that are designed to help in making choices ("Target tree") are suggested, it is disclosed how one can focus not only on the economic component, but also on the ecological and social aspects of the problems, it was taking into account the need to implement ideas and concepts of sustainable development of agrarian sector and rural areas.
