THE PROBLEM'S RECOGNITION OF DUMPED CHEMICAL WARFARE MUNITIONS IN THE SOUTHERN BALTIC

Abstract
Contemporary knowledge and some facts about war gases and chemical ammunition dumped in the Southern Baltic after the World War II have been synthesized. Available information about official and the others dumping sites in the Polish Exclusive Economic Zone have been mapped. Analysis of potential danger for nautical activities has been performed. Some conclusions are suggested.
