THE PROCESS OF ENTERPRISE POTENTIAL EVALUATION

Abstract
The theoretical and methodical fundamentals of evaluating the enterprise potential are studied. The main purpose of the article is to improve the process of enterprise potential evaluation, to substantiate the content of its stages and also to develop a block scheme for performing this process, taking into account the ability of an enterprise to search efforts of resources use. The suggested process of enterprise potential evaluation, as opposed to existing ones, is based on the reallocation of available resources, efforts and the search of hidden resources and efforts by their transformation and (or) as a result of self-development. This process allows us to consider the area of origin and the conditions of accessing enterprise resources for their optimum grouping by fields of activity. The implementation of such process makes it possible to detect the correlation between the actual quantities of component elements of enterprise potential and the fixed aims of enterprise activity, as well as to improve the substantiation of management decisions enhancing the use of enterprise cumulative potential.
