THE PROPERTY RIGHT’S SUBJECTS AND PROTECTION OF THEIR RIGHTS UNDER THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS PRACTICE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of property right’s subjects of on the basis of an analysis of European Court of Human Rights judgments and peculiarities of the protection of their rights. The concept of “victim” of rights’ violations under the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms is researched. There is concluded in the article on the analysis of the European Court of Human Rights practice that in certain cases the state is responsible for the actions of not only public authorities, but also private organizations.
