THE PROSPECT OF THE ORGANIZATION OF ACCOUNTING AND CONTROL OF PAYMENTS TO EMPLOYEE BENEFIT

Abstract
The article examines the state of accounting of payments to employees, examines the economic nature and value of wages as a component of current employee benefits. Considers the legislative regulation and regulatory support of accounting of calculations on wages. Investigated organization and methods of payroll accounting. Identified key problems of organization and methodology of accounting for and control of wages. The main directions of improvement and simplification.
