THE PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISM REGULATION OF BEHAVIOR OF THE SERVICEMEN-PARTICIPANTS OF THE ANTITERRORIST OPERATION

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of the professional motivation structure of servicemen – participants of the Antiterrorist operation. The mechanism of the professional motivation structure is analyzed in the context of the disclosure of the person’s active and creative nature, which enables to consider all varieties of the soldier’s personality needs, the mechanisms of motivation of his/her behavior, to validate actively and to find the meaning of life, self-determination, self-realization and self-knowledge of the individual in the inner world.
