Abstract
The article deals: psychological conditions and technology conscious self-transformation, self-creation of the individual as self-subject action. Identify the corpus and determinants of self-identity. Reflection is presented as a mechanism and a means of self-conscious. The opportunities and manage the process of selftransformation to create conditions forming the subject of personal self-development in adolescence.
