The quality management system of state financial control

Abstract
Control measures for the implementation of quality management system based on the recommendations of INTOSAI, best global practices and accumulated experience are considered. The basic task of the quality management system of state financial control based on a synthesis of international experience, which will increase the efficiency of SFC. The system of quality management of state financial control, which grouped in three main blocks for use in assessment the quality control is considered. The criteria for assessing the quality of control measure by dividing into groups: the criteria that characterize the process of preparation of control measure; criteria for assessing the quality of the process of its implementation and criteria for assessing the result of its measure are singled out.
