The quality of the law as an element of the certainty of the legal norm

Abstract
The article examines the question of the legal certainty of the system of law. It is emphasized that the main requirements for the rule of law are its clarity, consistency, accessibility and orientation to the future, which ensures the stability of legal regulation. At the same time, the principle of legal certainty guarantees the proper quality of the law. The analysis of doctrinal concepts on the morality of the legal system, its focus on ensuring the ideas of freedom, humanism and justice is analyzed. Proposals are presented to ensure the necessary balance between positive and moral right.
