THE QUESTION OF THE CONFLICT OF INTERESTS ON THE STATE SERVICE IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article analyzes and summarizes various factors that provoke the emergence of a conflict of interest situation in the civil service. In addition, specific theoretical and practical steps are proposed to prevent conflicts of interest, as well as minimize their negative consequences in the civil service and civil society.
