The question of the interaction between the investigator and examiner during the investigation of the crimes

Abstract
The interaction of the investigator and expert manifested during detection, fixing and removal of traces and evidence during the inspection of the scene during the investigation of certain types of offences. After reviewing the regulatory and organizational components, we can conclude that it plays an important role in investigating and uncovering the crimes. Proper organization of such interaction increases the efficiency of solving pre-trial investigation by organizing a proper interaction between the investigator with employees of consulting units and, in particular, improving the efficiency of the investigative expert opinions in the investigation of criminal offences. In general, this process requires improvement, continuous monitoring and exchange of experiences of scientists and practitioners.
