THE QUESTION OF THE USE OF DYNAMIC MODELS OF DISC BRAKES OF VEHICLES IN ACTUATORS OF HOIST-TRANSPORT MACHINES

Abstract

A feature of modern lifting machines is the continuous improvement of their operational pa-rameters, such as payload, speed and depth of the lift, reducing the material consumption of equipment due to increased efficiency, quality of operation and reliability of the control sys-tem. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain and even increase the level of reliability of the entire lift, due to the efficient and reliable operation of the modular disk-brake brake of the lifting machine. The materials of the article are devoted to the development of the friction pairs of the modular disk brake of the mine hoisting machine, based on the power and torque characteristics by using individual disc brakes of the front-axle of vehicles of various carrying capacity. The purpose of the work is to justify the possibility of using friction pairs of the front-axle disc brakes of vehicles of different carrying capacity as a dynamic model for the modular disk brake of mine hoisting machines. In this publication, the following issues are considered: design and operation of the modular disk brake of the mine hoisting machine; operating modes of the modular brake; а method for estimating of the energyloading of friction pairs of disk brakes of a mine hoisting machine. On the basis of the system approach, the possibility of forming equivalent series of friction pairs of a modular disk-shoe brake of mine hoisting machines of various carrying capacity is shown, using brake friction pairs in them, which, as a dynamic model, have been tested and researched on vehicles.
