The ratio of categories of “forms” and “methods” of state control over the activities of private performers.

Abstract
The article reveals similar and distinctive features of the categories of “forms” and “methods” of control. The analysis of scientific views on the definition of concepts, essence and content of these categories has been carried out. The forms and methods of control that are used in exercising control over the activities of private executors are defined. Author's definitions of forms and methods of control over the activities of private performers are proposed.
