THE RATIONALE OF METHODS, INSTRUMENTS AND MEANS OF GOVERNMENTAL REGULATION IN THE MONEY-CREDIT SPHERE IN THE SYSTEM OF PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SAFETY OF THE STATE

Abstract
The article proves the necessity of state regulation in the monetary sphere, since the processes that are developing within it have a significant impact on the functioning of the financial system of the state and the formation of the principles of its financial security. The substantive characteristics of administrative and economic approaches (methods) of state regulation of development of monetary and credit sphere are substantiated. The composition of the tools that can be applied within the framework of the state policy of regulation of development of the monetary sphere is determined. Identified means and measures of state regulation of the country's money and credit sector, aimed at strengthening the system of financial security of the state.
