The Relationship between Commentary and Jurisprudence within the Framework of the General Meaning of the Words

Abstract

This article investigates the relationship between the science of Commentary and the methodology of Jurisprudence through the ilemm verb of the Qur'an. Essentially urmm is the only subject of all Islamic sciences, not only the subject matter of the methodology of Jurisprudence or the science of Commentary, because the difinite of general words it is limited to the words in the basic texts of Islamic religion. The similarity of the basic religious texts they study on this science makes interdisciplinary relations between Islamic sciences mandatory. This is why the relation between the science of Commentary and the methodology of Jurisprudence is handled in the context of general words chanting. The methodology of Jurisprudence, unlike the Commentary scholar, examines this subject in order to draw legal norms from the Quranic terms and phrases. That is to say, the forms of voiding in terms of the methodology of Jurisprudence procedure are one of the basic methods applied for the production of legal norms. On the basis of the Commentary scholar of the Arabic language, the base of the rule and the conventions of this method, the poets of the relevant words to determine the purpose of God is to determine the subject. This is the main point where the method of Commentary and the methodology of Jurisprudence are separated from the point of view of the veracity of the alms. In addition to this article in particular ınmm the signs of proofs of proofs, in general, all the forms of logging to the Islamic scholars, the divine address, the possibility of associating with the case of the interlocutors of different times.
