The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Innovative Organizational Climate from the Perspective of Education and Training Organization Personnel in Ardabil

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between Organizational Culture and Innovative Organizational Climate from the perspective of Education and Training Organization personnel in the city of Ardabil. The population of this study consisted of all employees in the Education and Training Organization in Ardabil (240 individuals). Using stratified random sampling method and according to Cochran formula, 144 people (123 male & 21 female) were selected as the study’s samples. The present study was conducted both theoretically and practically. The necessary information was collected through library research in the theoretical section and standard questionnaires were used as data collection tools in the practical section. To assess the variable of Organizational Culture, a 23-item standard questionnaire was used. Its validity had already been confirmed in many studies and its reliability was determined as 0.86. To measure the variable of Innovative Organizational Climate, a 17-item standard questionnaire was used. Using the SPSS software, the collected data were analyzed through Person Correlation Test and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results indicated positive significant relationships between the components of Organizational Culture (Participatory Culture, Stability and Integrity of Culture, Flexibility Culture and Mission Culture) and Innovative Organizational Climate.
