THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SPATIAL MANAGEMENT PLAN AND THE STUDY OF THE CONDITIONS AND DIRECTIONS OF THE SPATIAL MANAGEMENT IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION LAW

Abstract
Environmental protection plays a very important role both in urban and rural planning. This broad and vague term refers to the spatial management plan and the study of the conditions and directions of the spatial management. The stress must be put on the fact that all kinds of planning coverage obviously include regulations concerning environmental protection and restoration of the desired state of environment. The abovementioned study describes conditions referring to the natural surrounding such as rural or forest production space as well as basic directions of the development of the planning policy of a commune. On the other hand, the spatial management plan delivers more detailed and precise conditions. It also contains specific information about the indented use of the terrain and the location of public construction projects. The regulations of the environmental protection are taken into consideration during the creation of the aforementioned planning documents. The study and the spatial management plan can be either compared or contrasted. Thus their mutual relations seem to be somewhat problematic. One has to remember that unlike the study, the spatial plan can be defined as the local law act, hence constituting the legal basis for the individual administrative decisions.<br/><br/>
