The relationship between the structures and functions of the working muscles

Abstract
The aim of the study was to determine the characteristics of the structural support of increasing muscle function during prolonged exercise. Found that with a long run for 50 and 100 days at the running speed of 20 and 30 m·min-1, there was an increase of volume fractions ultrastructure, which is interpreted as the existence of correspondence between the intensity of muscle function and the amount of material components, providing their work. This arises in view of ensuring the reliability of long-term physical activity.
