The rendering of structural and paradigmatic features of colloquial lexemes in the Ukrainian translation of “The Elementary Particles” by Michel Houellebecq

Abstract
The article deals with paradigmatics in low colloquial language as a translation problem. The matter of translatability of French structurally marked low colloquial words is examined. The ways and methods of rendering the structural connotation expres- sively charged colloquial component of M. Houellebecq’s novel “The Elementary Particles” in the Ukrainian translation are ana- lysed.
