THE RIGHT MOTIVATION IS A KEY TO SUCCESS

Abstract
The proposal and implementation of an effective motivation program is one of the key management tasks of a company. Improperly designed and applied motivation programs can have a negative impact on employees, who are not motivated to achieve maximum performance. The part to effective management of man is though understanding his motivation. Just knowing what motivates someone who encourages him to activities that reasons underlying its action, you can thy to develop an effective system of forms and methods of management. You need to know how to or arising caused by these or other reasons, as well as ways in which motives can be brought into action, how the motivation of people. The modern methods of motivation, their influence on the behavior of employees. Was characterized the role of motivation in different areas and organizations. The analysis of motivation systems in Ukraine and abroad (India, USA, Australia, Russia, China, Germany) was conducted. The measure, to improve motivation in Ukraine were offered. Examples of tangible and intangible motivation were analyzed and assessed. The type of motivation that suits best for men and women respectively was determined. It was determined that the right motivation leads to the success of companies. It was demonstrated at the example of motivation in the most successful companies in the world new treads in motivation that has emerged under the condition of market economy in Ukraine were studied. The essence of employee motivation in modern world is understanding and implementing the ways for self-interest, enabling them to realize themselves in meeting the goals of the organization. The main challenge for enterprises today, is to form a coherent mechanism for appropriate use of intangible and tangible methods of motivation, their adaptation to the characteristics of each individual employee. This is why employee motivation is so important.
