Abstract
The article attempts a comparative study of constitutional-legal regulation and mechanism of practical realization of the rights of citizens to assemble peacefully, in Ukraine and countries of the European space. The proposed vectors of improvement of legal regulation of corresponding sphere of public relations through the development and adoption of a special normative legal act.
