The right to a satisfactory and healthy environment: a regulatory framework

Abstract
The content of the right to a safe and healthy environment is analyzed in the article through the prism of its legal regulation. The current state and legal regulation of the right to a safe and healthy environment in domestic and international normative acts are reviewed in the article. The range of problems and disadvantages inherent in domestic and international normative acts on the issues of the formal definition of the content of the right to safe and healthy environment for life been identified, and the author’s vision of their solution ways are formulated.
