Abstract
With the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On the application of transplantation of anatomical ma-terials to man" on May 17, 2018, an algorithm for the creation of a unified state information system of transplantation, consisting of the following registries. To date, the issue of establishing death of the brain has already been regulated by law. In our opinion, a major step has been taken to allow organ transplants to be performed using body organs, but there are also many controversial provisions on this issue, and it is imperfect.
