THE RIGHT TO THE SELF-DEFENSE AND THE PROBLEM OF THE PREVENTIVE [PREVENTIVE] STRIKE

Abstract
The article is devoted to questions of possession of the right to self-defense in response to the attack of any non-state organizations or entities. It is also noted that this right belongs to the most important achievement of modern civilization and international law – the prohibition of the use of force and the threat of force in relations between states, except in cases strictly limited by the UN Charter. The article discusses some acts of superpowers, which sometimes under the pretext of combating terrorism, carry out actions of an occupational nature in relation to other states.
