The risk of an emergency as an object of public administration and forecasting

Abstract
The scientific principles of predictive determining the risk of an emergency in the system of public administration of Ukraine are analyzed in the article. The aspects of implementa- tion of this administration are definited. The methods of determining the level of risks of emergencies are specified.
