THE ROLE OF AVIATION PEDAGOGY IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF CADET-PILOT IN THE CONDITIONS OF MULTIPLE HMES (higher military educational school)

Abstract

An analysis of the educational process showed that in the multidisciplinary Higher Education Institution, the fostering of the commitment to the flying business of the cadet-pilot is carried out by the flying corporate atmosphere created by the flight commanders, bosses and flights in the process of flying training. And only with the condition of instilling the cadet of dedication to the flight work is formed his personal professional preparedness. The bases of such systemic preparedness are: inexhaustible love of flight, activity to self-improvement, self-knowledge, responsibility before oneself. The professional readiness of the future pilot is a multifaceted phenomenon, which includes not only knowledge of the aircraft, piloting technique, the environment, but also about the pilot, his capabilities and limitations, techniques for controlling his own condition, etc. Moreover, the significance of the pilotʼs knowledge of himself in ensuring flight safety is no less than the significance of his knowledge of the technique of piloting and operation of aircraft systems. Unfortunately, there is no such understanding in the multidisciplinary IDF of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thus, taking into account the impact of the conditions of service, the pilot-pilot should be able to: develop a personal axiological (efforts to creative professionalism, self-development and self-improvement, professional and moral activity); to diagnose the system of value points of the flight crew and to work out an individual trajectory of spiritual and moral behavior; to be able to analyze the general cultural and professional components of the social environment; Be able to conduct moral and legal assessment of events and influences of social reality. Therefore, in order to create the professional reliability of a cadet-pilot in the conditions of the educational process in the multidisciplinary Institutions of Internal Affairs, it is necessary to combine: vocational guidance, professional psychological selection, the process of formation of professional knowledge, skills and abilities, the process of formation of professional reliability, the process of formation of dynamic health and professional preservation longevity, control and evaluation of professional preparedness. The complexity of such an educational process is determined by the diverse nature and diversity of processes that shape various aspects of the reliability of the professional activity of the military pilot.
