Abstract
In the article the features of the international consulting development and its influence on the definition of the main areas of functioning and formation of the segmented structure of the national market of consulting services are analyzed, the organizational and economic aspects of consulting activity are investigated and the tendencies of entering into the national market of world brands in the field of consulting are determined.
