THE ROLE OF INVENTORY MANAGEMENT IN RAISING ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Defined the economic meaning of involving an efficient system of supplies management and its effect on general enterprise activity. The article identifies the main positive and negative effects of the company’s stocks. We also prove the necessity of implementing logistics approach to inventory management to improve the economic efficiency of industrial enterprises. In the article the modern concept of material flows, in particular.Examined main stages in supply management arrangement work in industrial enterprises.
