THE ROLE OF LOBBING IN MANAGEMENT OF WELFARE INSTITUTIONS OF SILESIA REGION

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present the role of lobbing in the process of management of public administration institutions, in particular welfare institutions that operate in Silesia region. This paper is of theoretical and empirical character. The theoretical part is focused on presenting the essence of lobbing, its subject, forms and lobbing strategies. The empirical part represents the notion of lobbing, assessment of this phenomenon and indication of lobbing institutions.
