THE ROLE OF MANPOWER IN PROFITABILITY: A STATISTICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
Manpower strength of an it company is crucial to its health; this is proved by using regression analysis, data envelopment analysis and rank –sum test. Data from 23 different companies- both it and non-it companies and from india and the us has been collected and been analysed using the statistical techniques mentioned above and the hypothesis has been proved.
