THE ROLE OF OUT-OF-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE FORMATION OF MORAL RESPONSIBILITY OF PUPILS` YOUTH

Abstract
The article is devoted the problem of formation of moral responsibility pupils` youth. An attempt has been made to prove that out-of-school educational institutions can provide not only educational services but also play an important role in the formation of moral responsibility. Categories of morality and moral responsibility are considered. Provided psychological and pedagogical characteristics of pupils' youth. Was consider the main ways of formation morally responsibility in institutions of extracurricular education taking into account age characteristics of children.
