The role of potential management in providing vector sustainable development of housing enterprises

Abstract
Annotation. Purpose. The article is devoted to to determine the role of potential management in providing vector sustainable development of housing and utilities enterprises. The article is devoted to the research of the conceptual-categorical apparatus for managing the potential of enterprise development, the distinction of the main functions of management and the construction of a mechanism for managing the potential of housing development enterprises. Methodology of research. When solving the problems set in the article, methods of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis and other methods of cognition of socio-economic phenomena, objects and processes are used - for the formulation of scientific provisions and clarification of the terminology apparatus concerning the management of the enterprise development potential, its functions and mechanisms of provision. Findings The etymology of the essence of management of enterprise development potential is investigated and the main functions of management are distinguished. The matrix of integration of interconnections of functions and components of vector-oriented management of enterprise development potential is developed; Structural-functional model of the management mechanism for housing development potential is proposed. Practical value. The article substantiates that the use of the proposed mechanism for managing the development potential of housing and communal enterprises will contribute to the achievement of vector sustainable development as a sphere of housing and communal services, as well as to stabilize the national economy of the state as a whole.
