Cost formation of the lands after open pit-minimg for the sake of their market circulation

Abstract
Annotation. The aim of the study. The article is devoted to the problem of determining methodological approaches to the decision on the formation of the price of land of technogenic origin in order to organize their market circulation. Methodology of research. Solving the tasks set in the work is carried out on the basis of the use of such research methods: the method of comparison, analysis, scientific generalization. Findings. In the article the methodical approaches and practical aspects of formation of the price of land of technogenic origin are given. Identified factors that have the most significant impact on land price formation. The proposed algorithm for the formation of the price of manmade lands from the standpoint of taking into account the interests of all interested parties in mining land use. Provided recommendations on the formation of land prices after open mining to attract them to market circulation. Practical value. The article substantiates the methodical approach to land pricing, which envisages the possibility of choosing the best alternative to post-industrial land use, which will increase the investment attractiveness of technogenic lands and the efficiency of their reclamation.
