The role of the agro-industrial complex in the economic development of the region

Abstract
The Russian economy is experiencing not the most stable times today. In connection with the ban on the importation of certain types of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs into Russia, it is possible for Russian commodity producers to carry out large-scale production in the relevant spheres. In this regard, in the economic development of the country, import substitution becomes especially urgent.
