THE ROLE OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF UKRAINE IN REGULATION OF THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE MARKET

Abstract
The main approaches to the definition of «currency policy» are investigated. The analysis of the current state of the currency market in Ukraine is carried out. The main problems of currency policy in Ukraine are outlined and the methods of improvement of the currency situation in the context of the policy of the National Bank of Ukraine are proposed. The necessity of transformation of the role and tools of the central bank in the currency sphere is substantiated.
