THE ROLE OF THE DECREES OF THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE IN THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE REFORM OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article, based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, defined the role of decrees of the President of Ukraine in the legal regulation of the reform of the prosecutor’s offices of Ukraine. It is emphasized that the normative-legal acts of the head of state are intended primarily to ensure the prompt response of the legal and regulatory framework to the change of certain important circumstances in the sociopolitical and legal life of Ukraine. The field of public relations is not an exception.
