The role of the network of the interaction of education in formation of organizational culture of school

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the notion «organizational culture of the institution of education»; the features of the improving of the network of the interaction of multistructural educational institutions (supporting institutions and affiliates) were investigated; the value of detection during the diagnosis of the existing and desired type of organizational culture is proved; defined the basic principles for the development of organizational culture in conditions of the network of the interaction. The family, innovative, productive and the role of organizational culture of educational institutions and their influence on the quality of network interaction in the educational district are investigated. It was found out that network interaction is not a significant factor that brings together a collective in which the family organizational culture prevails. Innovative organizational culture most contributes to the openness of the teaching staff to new methods of work. In this regard, networking as a leading area of methodological work, precisely aimed at the combining efforts in introducing innovative approaches to the organization of educational process. Effective organizational culture is focused on the achievement of educational results, the main concern of the teaching staff – the strict implementation of educational and educational tasks. Therefore, the network of the interaction with a productive type of organizational culture has a positive impact. Role-oriented organizational culture is present in those schools where the long-term goal is to ensure the planning and stability of both the educational process and the whole school life. Combining and sharing various resources as a factor in network interaction just guarantees the stability of the educational process, as it opens for teachers new professional pedagogical methods that ensure compliance with the current level of methodological work. A number of problems in the organization of network of the interaction have been identified: incomplete understanding by all participants of the process of network interaction of the importance of this kind of work, refusal to participate in it; lack of awareness of the participants, as well as a certain isolation of each school and the lack of desire to contact, trying to prove that each school is the best; shortcomings in the quality management system of education in these conditions of the functioning of the educational district. Therefore, a number of basic principles were suggested for the improvement of the organizational culture of educational institutions in the conditions of network interaction: awareness, interest, self-improvement, team cohesion, team spirit, accuracy, accumulation of values, transparency
