The role of the stock market in forming of investment attractiveness of company shares: modern aspects

Abstract
The article describes the role of the stock market in the redistribution of financial resources. The modern aspect of the development of the stock market in Ukraine has been analyzed. The role of the stock market in forming of the investment attractiveness of shares of issuing companies has been estimated. Factors affecting the investment attractiveness of shares have been determined.
