Abstract

This paper is about the rights and commitments of women in Islam. Three attitudes are clarified, the social or family, the moral or ethical and the financial or economic attitudes. They are the pure actions of the creature and the production of creature is not a socially imposed phenomenon. In Islamic point of view the women have socially their specific rights in the different social activities such as; education, training, sports and so on. Females function as the foundation of the family and society. So they are taken into consideration due to the source of social calmness for their families and societies. In Islam, the women are morally and ethically affectionate, spiritual, and sensitive creatures. It recommends that they should be revered morally more than men. The prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) believes the superiority of faith and intimacy of men is valued through their kindness and fondness to their wives. The women's inclinations and tastes are taken into consideration because they are morally the significant decision-makers in the family or society. Females play a role of refuge within the family or society. They would also eliminate many obstacles on the way of their dependences because they are morally powerful than men in the family. The generosity and devotion of women are morally considered as the same of martyrs. Their rewards in the Hereafter are highly ranked. The financial advocacy for women in Islam is also taken into matter. In its training, the men should be familiar to the extensive rights of their ownerships and administrations. Their properties are dedicated to them and nobody has right to interfere in it wrongly. In the Islamic view, the men are in charge of women. Their economic supports are identified with major Islamic terms; 'Mahria' and 'Motherhood reward'. 'Mahria' is a financial independence which should be given to the females at the beginning of getting marriage. The men are under obligation to bestow it as soon as possible. Motherhood's reward is also the economic advocacy because of their being a mother for their children. In Islam women’s share is so accuracy that it should be submitted to them even if it is a little one. In summary, women are socially, morally and financially the source of felicity.
